Core Provision: All academic and institutional fees are subject to change only by the respective University (e.g., VTU, Bangalore City University) or the Management of Sambhram Group of Institutions.
- Strict Timelines: Students must ensure that all components of their fees are cleared before the announced due dates. Non-payment or delayed payment within the stipulated timeline will lead to the cancellation of registration for the ongoing program, subsequent terms, or upcoming semester examinations.
- Exclusions: The baseline academic tuition fee explicitly does not include charges for:
- Hostel accommodation and mess
- Transportation services
- University Examination fees
- Personal laptops, specialized equipment, seminars, or college fests
- Additional Specific Charges: Depending on the program, students may incur supplementary charges for placement training, travel/accommodation costs during placements, sports and games, specialized lab materials, or mandatory field trips.
- Authenticity of Admission: The College reserves the absolute right to withdraw an admission offer or terminate an active registration if any misleading/false statement is discovered in the candidate’s application form, or if vital background information was deliberately withheld.
