3.1 Cancellation by the Management
Sambhram Group of Institutions reserves the right to cancel a student’s provisional or permanent admission under the following circumstances:
- Failure to submit mandatory original testimonials (Marks Cards, Migration/Transfer certificates, etc.) within the deadline defined by the admission cell.
- Failure to satisfy the absolute minimum eligibility and equivalence guidelines mandated by the affiliating University or the Association of Indian Universities (AIU).
- Serious breaches of the institutional code of conduct or signed undertakings.
3.2 Cancellation by the Student/Parent
- Any student wishing to cancel their admission must submit a formal written application signed by both the student and the parent/guardian to the Head of the Institution or the Central Admission Cell.
- Verbal requests or email intimations without formal physical documentation will not be recognized as a valid date of cancellation request.
