4.1 Academic & Registration Fees
- Advance Enrollment/Registration Fee: The initial enrollment/registration fee paid to reserve a seat is generally adjusted against the overall tuition fee upon confirmation. If an admission is canceled before the commencement of classes, any refund will strictly follow the statutory timelines and deductions specified by regularizing bodies like AICTE, UGC, or State Government rules.
- Post-Commencement: No refunds are applicable once the academic session has commenced or if the student voluntarily withdraws midway through the semester/year.
- University Rejection: If a student’s admission is rejected by the monitoring University due to eligibility mismatches, any non-refundable statutory processing fees already processed to the university cannot be refunded.
4.2 Chargebacks and Duplicate Payments
- Duplicate Debits: If the payment gateway processes a duplicate transaction due to technical lag, the excess amount will be refunded directly to the originating bank account or instrument used during payment.
- Refund Timeline: Verified gateway refunds take roughly 7 to 14 business days to hit the user’s account, depending on bank-specific clearance protocols.
- Chargebacks: No explicit chargeback requests through banks will be directly entertained unless backed by internal financial reconciliation confirming a clear platform error.
