RULES AND REGULATIONS
  • College timings is from 9.00 am to 4.00 pm. Students are requested to be in College before 9.00 am. 5 minutes late is accepted in case of emergency.
  • Short break will be provided from 10.45 am to 11.00 am, break fast can be taken in this time. Lunch break is from 1.00 pm to 2.00 pm, students have to bring their Lunch.
  • Mobiles are not allowed, if found it will be fined.
  • Uniform for the students are compulsory for BHM, BBM & DHM. Uniform must be cleaned and well pressed with black socks and polished black shoes, for B.Com Formal dress code is compulsory. For 1st year BHM, BBM & DHM until uniform is provided they should wear formal dress. On Saturdays casuals are allowed i.e. T-Shirts & Jeans for boys, Kurta & Jeans for girls, but short tops & T-shirts are not allowed for girls.
  • ID – Cards are given from College, so students should enter College with ID – Card & wear it whole day, in case of loosing it, they have to inform to office and another ID – Card will be issued. (Amount for duplicate ID is Rs. 100).
  • Boy students should have decent hair cut, shave regularly, Nails trimmed. For Girls light makeup’s can be allowed, light body sprays for both boys and girls is allowed.
  • Attendance is taken both morning and afternoon, no half day leave will be given, in case of Emergency half a day can be taken by informing Principal, especially for girls – Parents should come or some authorized person or letter to permit.
  • All students should converse only in English in the campus.
  • According to the Bangalore University Rules – Students having less than 75% attendance are not allowed to take up exams at any condition.
  • In case of planned leave, parents should send leave letter and in case of emergency, inform the class teacher through telephone call and next day they have to submit the leave letter.
  • Leave more than 3 days should have medical certificate in case of illness or else it is considered as irregularity, parents should meet the principal if they have genuine reason and get permission only then they are allowed to the class.
  • Every month there will be test followed by parents meeting, so parents are requested to attend compulsorily to know their wards performance in the tests and their regularities.
  • Syllabus will be given by the teachers on the first day of class also prescribed text books will be informed to the students by subject teacher which have to be purchased on their own, Records are provided by College, each record cost Rs. 100, students have to buy records compulsorily from College, out side records will not be allowed.
  • Kindly fill the ID form provided with detail and submit the same.
  • Transport fee details for each stop has been displayed on notice board, it can be paid monthly or yearly basis and contact office for the same.

  • Irregularity of students is informed to parents by class teacher. Parents can meet or call the class teacher during College working hours regarding their wards performance if necessary.
  • In case of change of parent’s phone number and address parents are requested to inform to the office immediately.
  • Students should not loiter in the campus unnecessarily during class hours.
  •  Last but not least we request parents support, guide and involvement in all activities of our College to encourage students for the betterment of their future
